The location beside the mall is fantastic. However, the TV had limited channels and was low resolution.

All fine, but water pressure!

Room key issues required multiple trips to reception for assistance!!! Not having basic utensils or ice was frustrating!!! Water pressure in the shower was laughable and certainly needs improvement!!!

a real shame at Go Hotels Plus Tuguegarao, where the water pressure was a total joke and didn't get fixed. Adding insult to injury, there were ants in my sink, which I guess is their idea of natural decor? With no special treatment whatsoever, I just couldn't bring myself to leave a good review, despite the polite staff.

Convenient location and comfy rooms

I stayed for 2 nights in a Superior King Room and found the location unbeatable, just a minute's walk from Robinson mall and very close to the Victory terminal. The bed was super comfy and the breakfast was impressive, especially since they packed a meal for me when I had to leave early. However, I did notice that the room could benefit from a bit more thorough cleaning.
